The product and weight of the shipment determine if the package is palletized or shipped as a small parcel. The average delivery time is between 3 to 10 business days after the product ships. Our company maintains connections with distribution centers and national carriers. All precautions are taken to ensure a fast and reliable shipment and to avoid potential damage.
Tracking information for your package is available via an email alert when the package is picked up from our facility. The carrier’s website provides updates about the shipment from pickup to delivery. Any palletized shipments require the shipping company to contact you via the phone number you provided with your order and to arrange the delivery of your shipment. Additional services may be available through freight carriers and are provided at the carrier’s discretion.
Self Service Truck Delivery is a popular choice for palletized customers. It provides a curbside delivery for the package. However, you are responsible for the package once it is dropped off. The delivery driver won’t bring the palletized shipment into your home.
If you need your items brought into your home, we recommend our White Glove Delivery option. With the service, the delivery drivers remove the merchandise from the packaging and bring it into your home. The assembly of select products is also available with this choice, and additional charges for delivery service are added to the order. To request the delivery option reply to the order confirmation email you receive after your order is received.

Receiving the Order: Small Parcel & Pallet

Any damage discovered after opening your package should be photographed and sent to email@example.com promptly.
- It is urgent that you honor any delivery appointments set up by delivery carriers. If you aren’t available for the delivery, the shipment is sent back to our facility. Return shipping expenses are deducted from your refund value.
- It is recommended that you ask the driver to remove shrink wrap and pallet straps for you to avoid potential damage. The driver will remove all boxes and packages from the truck and place them outside your property for you.
- Caution: Do not sign the receipt acknowledgment form or invoice until you inspect your shipment for damage. You are required to write details about any damage on the form or invoice before signing it. Any damage that occurs during the delivery is the responsibility of the delivery carrier, and damage must be reported on the form. Unless you identify all damage on the invoice or form the carrier won’t take responsibility for it. If you see any signs of substantial damage, you should refuse the shipment entirely. All freight should be opened while the delivery driver is at your property. It is recommended that you photograph the damage and send the images to firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. All claims must be received within 24 hours of the delivery. Commercial customers are advised to inspect the pallet before loading it onto a forklift.
Tracking PackagesAll tracking information is emailed to the address you provide when placing your order. The delivery carrier provides a tracking number for updates pertaining to the shipment. The information is updated as the shipment arrives in each location until the delivery date.
