If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, return the product in its original packaging within 30 days. Returns aren’t available for items that have been used and/or were available through clearance sales or special offers. Delivery charges incurred when returning the product are your responsibility. All refunds are processed within three to eight business days pending our approval. A confirmation email is sent to you once we receive your returned item. If the refund is approved, deductions are made for any damage sustained, as well as, a restock fee. Your refund is sent back to the payment method used to make the purchase. A 30% restocking fee is applied to any returned items that are not in their original packaging when they arrive. Exchanges are available and must be approved before returning the item.
To cancel your order contact us at (786)-916-5954 or send an e-mail request to email@example.com. Any order cancellations must be submitted before the products status changes from “processing” to “shipped.” Once the product has shipped from our facility to the carrier’s distribution center, we are unable to cancel your order. Tracking details aren’t available until they are released by the delivery carrier. All canceled orders are managed via the terms of our refund policy.
